each keeps its own answer about renting or selling, so two can be for sale and one for rent
in the same application.

None of this stops us — it only tells us how quickly we can have the
villa in front of guests.

Optional, but an application with a photo gets looked at first. Large
photos are resized automatically on the way, so this works fine on a slow connection.

What happens next
- 1We read it ourselvesUsually the same day, and always within two working days.
- 2You get a rental value estimateA short report on what comparable villas on our books are let at, what reaches the owner after everything, and how the year is shaped.
- 3Only then, an agreementIf it suits us both, a marketing agreement you read and sign in your own time. Nothing before that point commits you to anything.
We use what you send here to assess the villa and reply to you. It is not a
contract and it does not commit you to anything. If we go ahead, the marketing agreement is a
separate step that you read and sign yourself.
